Chanta’s educational background is in genetic and Cytogenetic research, and she received her degree in “Research in Mental Health with an emphasis in Biology” from California State University of Dominguez Hills in Carson, California.

Chanta has been married to her husband Keith for 18 years. Keith is a retired Fire Captain of 30 years and currently serves the community as a contract Paramedic. Chanta and Keith enjoy boating, hunting and fishing. Their son is in the US Army stationed at the Aviano Airforce Base located in Province of Pordenone, Italy.

Theresa is the Human Resources Manager at AmeriPro Health, bringing over a decade of expertise in benefits administration, talent management, and HR leadership. Theresa holds an Associate of Applied Science in Funeral Services and Mortuary Science as well as an Associate in Business with an Accounting Emphasis from Piedmont Technical College. She is also a graduate of Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management.

Theresa’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace environment has been instrumental in driving AmeriPro’s mission of professionalism, integrity, and commitment. Originally from Laurens, South Carolina, and now residing in Canton, Georgia, she is passionate about cultivating a thriving team culture that aligns with AmeriPro’s dedication to healthcare excellence.

In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and exploring her business development and community engagement interest.

Brian’s journey in the EMS field began on the streets of Louisville, KY, where he started as an EMT. Over the years, his dedication and expertise led him through various roles, including paramedic, street supervisor, service director, and ultimately, State EMS director for Kentucky. Brian continues to serve as a paramedic for AmeriPro Health today. Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from Campbellsville University and pursued a master’s degree in molecular biology at Western Kentucky University, further enriching his knowledge and skills.

His extensive experience also includes two terms in Kentucky state government, where he has led both the Board of Emergency Medical Services and the Board of Dentistry. Brian’s knack for fostering partnerships and uniting diverse groups toward a shared goal has made him exceptionally suited for his current role.

Outside of his professional life, Brian is deeply rooted in his personal life. He and his wife, Heather, have raised three children together. Brian finds joy in traveling, tending to his vegetable garden, cooking, and embracing the outdoors. Springfield, KY, is where Brian and his family call home, and he cherishes his lifelong connection to the Commonwealth.

With 15 years in sales and business development, Nick found his passion working alongside real-life hero’s in the EMS arena. His consistent success in cultivating and strengthening partner relationships is a direct result of providing the most appropriate resources to our partners while keeping a central focus on patient care. Nick’s true reward is knowing he assisted in connecting much needed patient care to those who need it most at times when every second matters.

After obtaining his BBA from Clayton State University, he entered the healthcare arena with the knowledge that he would be part of an industry that has a huge impact on the well-being of others. This fuels his consistent drive to bring quality, valued, and efficient healthcare options to every community.

Outside of his professional life, Nick has an even stronger drive for his family. Nick and his wife of 14 years, Tina, have raised 2 son’s, Zachary and Riley, and have a teenage daughter, Maya. 20 years of coaching his children in both baseball and softball shows his desire to be involved and soak up every minute. His other passions include fishing, sports and movies.  

Delrae is a seasoned proposal manager and content writer. With a master’s degree in strategic communication from Washington State University, Delrae possesses extensive experience in federal, state, and private sector contracting, specializing in the preparation and submission of winning proposals. Delrae excels in analyzing and interpreting complex RFPs to deliver tailored proposals that meet and exceed client expectations. Her meticulous approach ensures alignment with client needs while adhering to compliance standards.

Delrae’s career highlights include roles at AmeriPro Health, where she serves as the Director of Marketing and Sales, and previous positions at CAI and Sandata Technologies, focusing on healthcare technology solutions. 

She has a proven track record in engaging cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and maintaining strict adherence to l timelines. Delrae’s strategic focus on crafting compelling narratives and win-oriented strategies consistently delivers large-scale, high-profile successes. Her exceptional organizational skills, polished communication abilities, and sound judgment enable her to excel in collaborative environments, fostering strong relationships with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Jeff serves as the Director of Strategic Deployment at AmeriPro Health, overseeing the company’s multi-state Communications centers and scheduling operations. With more than 30 years of progressive EMS, Public Safety Leadership, IT and software development experience, Jeff is driving AmeriPro’s transformation of communication services, workforce optimization, and technology integration to support the company’s rapid expansion across ten states.

His strategic oversight includes staffing models, scheduling systems, workload forecasting, and the deployment of AI-enhanced dispatch technology. Jeff’s leadership has been critical in improving call-handling efficiency and ensuring seamless emergency response across diverse markets.

Before AmeriPro, Jeff held senior leadership roles in large private EMS agencies, where he specialized in high-volume 911 systems, change management, and communications center optimization. His career has been defined by a commitment to operational excellence, team development, and cultural transformation. He is known for building high-performance teams through servant leadership and transparent communication.

Jeff holds several industry certifications, including Communication Center Manager (CCM) obtained through Fitch & Assoc., Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO, EMD Instructor), Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare obtained from the University of Alabama, and an AI Prompt Engineering Certificate through Kennesaw State University. He also explores innovative applications of AI in public safety, aiming to elevate EMS systems through smart automation, training modernization, and data-informed decision-making.

Originally from Northwest Georgia, Jeff is married and passionate about helping others grow through mentorship, leadership coaching, and operational clarity.

Jeff began his EMS career in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2010 where he quickly established himself in the private ambulance industry, earning Paramedic of the Year and Florida Star of Life accolades. As a high-level clinician and leader, Jeff has led the development, implementation and oversight of critical care, community paramedicine and sports medicine programs.

Currently, as director of operations for Florida, he oversees patient and crew satisfaction, operational stability and market expansion.

Jeff is a licensed Florida paramedic and earned his critical care certification from the University of Florida in 2013. He is pursuing his Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) at Florida State College at Jacksonville’s School of Nursing.

Jeff lives in St. Augustine, and has been married to his wife, Francine, for 10 years. They enjoy traveling, outdoor recreation and spending time with their three children.

Ethan is a dedicated and detail-oriented leader with a proven track record of excellence in the EMS field. With extensive experience in managing and leading dynamic EMS systems, Ethan is at the forefront of delivering top-quality emergency services.

As the Director of Operations for AmeriPro South Georgia Operations, Ethan oversees a wide-ranging territory, including eight counties, and leads South Georgia’s 911 and IFT operations. His role involves managing crucial relationships with county officials and hospital partners, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and implementing strategic unit deployment based on demand analytics.

Ethan lives in Barnesville Ga with his Wife and two kids where he Spends most his time outdoors.
