    Suhas is a seasoned business leader in diverse fields such as Health Care, Patient Logistics, Financial Services, Insurance, Hospitality, Government, Real Estate, Strategy Consulting, and Technology. He owns multiple businesses, held several senior Executive positions, and served on prestigious boards.

    Suhas holds an M.B.A. from Duke University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University. He also holds a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.

    He is an avid biker and proud father of two daughters. Elder daughter is Junior at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the younger one is Sophmore at Duke University. Suhas’ wife is a practicing physician in the field of Oncology and serves as President of a large Oncology practice. Suhas is active in mountain biking, kayaking, road biking, and enjoys traveling around the world with his family. He supports multiple charity organizations.

    Larry started his career serving as an active-duty United States Marine and was honorably discharged after 8 years of service. After his career as a Marine, Larry began a career in the EMS industry where he has served in several administrative roles for over 21 years in both public and private settings. Larry is an inspirational leader in the health care industry and specializes in operations, government affairs, business development, strategy, and revenue cycle.

    Larry earned his MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He also has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Miami Herbert School of Business. He obtained a bachelor’s degree From Clayton State University in Applied Sciences. Larry has also been a licensed Critical Care Paramedic, Nationally Registered Paramedic, and holds numerous certifications from Federal Emergency Management Agency, Texas A&M University, American Heart Association, National Association of EMT’s.

    Larry has been married to his wife for 17 years and they have 2 children who are play competitive baseball and softball. Larry’s wife also has 21 years in public safety and serves as the Chief of Staff for a large Metro-Atlanta Fire and Rescue Department. Larry enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, baseball, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs and the Miami Hurricanes.

  • Marvin McLellan

    Marvin McLellan

    Marvin McLellan serves AmeriPro EMS as Chief Operating Officer with over three decades of experience in medical transportation, health system and post acute healthcare strategy and operations leadership. McLellan served in senior leadership roles at Air Methods Corporation. He also led MediFlight Oklahoma, the critical care transport service for OU Medical Center and served in senior EMS operations leadership roles at TransCare New York and Northwell Health.

    McLellan most recently served as VP at AmeriPro. Before joining AmeriPro in 2019, Marvin served as director of business development for Lacuna Health, a technology enabled patient care management start up division of Kindred Healthcare. McLellan also served as vice president, business development at Medical Life Holdings. Marvin also served as associated administrator and market director of business development for Tenet Healthcare.

    Marvin has a diverse educational experience that includes certification as a fireground officer, paramedic licensure, a bachelors in business administration and is currently completing a curriculum to achieve an MBA in international healthcare administration at the University of Cambria in Carlisle, UK.

  • David Grayson

    David has over 35 years of experience in EMS as an administrator, consultant, educator, paramedic, and dispatcher.  In addition to EMS, David is a serial entrepreneur and investor in multiple other business enterprises.  Most recently, David started and has been the CEO of CareMed EMS based in Oxford, MS for six years, prior to CareMed becoming part of the AmeriPro family.

    David has served multiple terms as the President of the Mississippians for Emergency Medical Services organization (the largest EMS association in Mississippi).  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS, a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.  He is currently an adjunct faculty at Columbia Southern University and serves on the Mississippi EMS Advisory Council, Mississippi Trauma Care Advisory Committee, Mississippi Stroke Care Advisory Committee, Central MS EMS District Board of Directors, and is chairman of the advisory committee to the Coahoma Community College paramedic program.

    Away from work, David enjoys college sports, travel, sailing, and volunteering with several community organizations.

    Matthew Thompson, MD, FACEP is an emergency physician, innovator, and telemedicine leader with a passion for removing barriers to care that he has experienced personally and professionally. His deep interest in technology led him to complete an ultrasound fellowship after his time as Chief Resident at the University of Arizona. He continues to practice emergency medicine in Florida which is an ongoing source of inspiration and motivation to create solutions. Dr. Thompson is the co-founder, Chief Medical and Chief Operating Officer of Telescope Health, a health care company created to improve access to care, patient outcomes, and quality of life through innovation, technology, and human connection. His key areas of interest include innovative problem solving, transitions of care, health equity, and telehealth tailored to patients’ social determinants of health. He has been recognized as Tech Leader of the Year and 40 under 40 business leader by the Jacksonville Business Journal and for Telescope Health’s community impact during the pandemic. He loves spending time with his 3 girls and wife. He is a musician who plays guitar, ukulele, and piano. He also enjoys reading, surfing, making espresso, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Dr. Raul Piñon Jr

    Dr. Raul Piñon Jr. is an emergency physician, leader, consultant, and educator.

    Raul has over 20 years of experience. Raul is double board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Family Practice. Raul started his career as a Major serving in the United States Air Force where he was Chief Medical Officer of Special Operations Command. Since 2015, Raul has held the title of Medical Director of Vaughn Regional Medical Center. In 2020, Raul was awarded Medical Director of the Year by TeamHealth. He has served as a board member for the American Board of Physician Specialties since 2022, and he currently leads the medical staff members of Vaughn Regional Medical Center where he serves as Chief of Staff.

    Raul holds medical licenses in Alabama, Mississippi, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, and Wyoming.

    Raul lives in Wetumpka, AL and has been married to his wife Brittney for 11 years. They enjoy flying, traveling, motorcycle riding, fishing, and spending time as a family.

    Doug has provided strategic planning and leadership for over 35 years to fuel business expansion and streamline operations in a demanding, highly complex industry of EMS. Most recently, as V.P. Operations, He propelled the organization to achieve new heights in revenue generation and profitability, despite industry and economic challenges. Much of his focus involved coaching and mentoring individuals into dynamic, high-achieving teams.

    Doug has a talent for identifying and developing the potential in people and organizations. Doug is considered by industry leaders and healthcare professionals as a true innovator in the area of Risk Management, Operational Leadership, System Status Management (SSM).

    Doug lives outside of Athens (Go Dawgs!) and has been married to his wife Arlana for 8 years. They enjoy boating, fishing, and camping with their son, Storm (fur baby).

    Jeff began his EMS career in Jacksonville, Florida in 2010 where he quickly established himself in the private ambulance industry, earning Paramedic of the Year and Florida Star of Life accolades. As a high-level clinician and leader, Jeff has led the development, implementation, and oversight of critical care, community paramedicine, and sports medicine programs. Most recently, Jeff holds the title of Director of Operations for Florida, leading operations through new and innovative methods with focuses on patient and crew satisfaction, operational stability, and market expansion.

    Jeff holds licensure as a Florida paramedic and achieved critical care certification from the University of Florida in 2013. He is currently attending Florida State College of Jacksonville School of Nursing for his ASN.

    Jeff lives in St. Augustine, FL and has been married to his wife Francine for 10 years. They enjoy traveling, outdoor recreation, and spending time with their 3 children.

  • Todd Turpin

    Todd grew up working on cars, so it was only natural he started his career in the automotive industry. He served as departmental manager handling million of dollars in inventory. After 23 years in the automotive industry, Todd left business. He Became an EMT and started his second career in EMS. Todd again continued his education as advanced paramedic. His leadership skills followed him to the EMS industry as he became a Field Training Officer and then Operation Supervisor.

    Todd has been married to his wife, Sandy, for six years between the two of them have five children and four grandchildren. He loved travelling and spending time outdoors with his family and multiple pets.

  •  Dr. Herschel Kessler

    Herschel Kessler began his career as a volunteer EMT when he was 17 years old. He then became a paramedic and shortly after completed his Bachelors of Science in Emergency Medicine. Continuing his education, Herschel spent the next four years at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Nassau University Medical Center and began working in Emergency Medicine in Georgia while taking on leadership positions in multiple Georgia hospitals. He has been an active EMS medical director since 2015. In his free time, Dr Kessler enjoys spending time with his wife and six children.

    David Minton – A 34 year retired veteran of United Parcel Service, with proven success for the world’s largest logistic organization. He served as Vice President of Finance for World Wide Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications and U.S. Domestic Operations. David was a key leader in driving financial results in Sales force effectiveness, Marketing initiatives and Corporate planning and reporting. He also served as a senior financial member of the UPS subsidiary “The UPS Store”.

    Other experiences include work as a Loan Executive for the Department of Homeland Security. Advisory Board member of Ball State University’s Logistics and Supply Chain Management Program. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Mississippi College and certifications in Logistics Management from Michigan State and Financial Concepts from Georgia State.

  • Kerry Byler

    Kerry brings more than 20 years of experience in venture capital and private equity investing and portfolio company operations, worked with more than 59 portfolio company investments. Kerry assists high growth companies with their business model refinement, strategic planning, fundraising, business development and financial and operational management. Kerry has held multiple leadership roles at operating companies, including Interim CEO, CFO and COO.

    In Kerry’s most recent portfolio company Board assignment, he was the lead venture investor and mentor to a highly innovative, cloud-based Healthcare IT company that went from a “whiteboard” to Wall Street Journal “Top Three Startup of The Year” in less than 18 months. Kerry was Managing Director with BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, where he helped manage a corporate venturing initiative with over $300 million in committed capital across 17 portfolio companies.

    Kerry holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Finance with High Honors from the University of Tennessee.

His extensive knowledge, coupled with his excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allow him to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders in this field. Dave is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients and partners, and his passion for his work ensures that he always strives for excellence.
