June 10—AmeriPro EMS announces the addition of Paul Beamon as the company’s new vice president of emergency medical services. Beamon will be responsible for performing continuous evaluations of operational processes and procedures, as well as developing strategies to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.

Beamon joins AmeriPro after two years as the director of EMS operations for Grady EMS in Metro Atlanta, where he managed one of the busiest 911 markets in the U.S. In this role, he was responsible for the development and oversight of operational and emergency medical policies and procedures for 600 team members. Prior to his time at Grady EMS, Beamon worked for Spalding Regional Hospital for seven years where he served in a variety of roles, including director of EMS, director of hospital security and as the emergency preparedness coordinator. He has also worked for DeKalb Fire Rescue as a firefighter-paramedic and with Forest Park, Georgia, as the director of medical services.
