Carlie Dodson

Based in the Raleigh-Durham area, Carlie has built her career around EMS operations, Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH), strategic partnerships, regulatory compliance, and the development of innovative approaches to patient care.

Before joining AmeriPro, she previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of North State Medical Transport in Raleigh, where she played a key role in the organization’s operational growth, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and expansion of Mobile Integrated Healthcare services. During her tenure, she helped develop partnerships with healthcare systems and community colleges and established a paramedic academy to support the continued development of the EMS workforce.  

Carlie has deep experience in EMS regulatory compliance, merger and acquisition process, business development, and contract negotiation. Having led both a growing independent provider and a post-acquisition integration, she understands how to scale EMS operations while protecting service quality and compliance.

Additionally, Carlie is an active contributor to the broader EMS and Mobile Integrated Healthcare community. She has presented at numerous national MIH conferences on topics including healthcare partnerships, program implementation, operations, leadership, and overcoming complacency in dual IFT/MIH programs. Her leadership in Mobile Integrated Healthcare has included partnering with major state and national healthcare agents to develop and expand care beyond the traditional ambulance model.

As Director of Partnership Integration at AmeriPro, she continues to bring her experience in EMS leadership, patient-centered healthcare delivery, operational strategy, and Mobile Integrated Healthcare to the evolving emergency medical services landscape to bring value-based partnership to customers. Carlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University.
