Ethan is a dedicated, detail-oriented leader with a proven track record of excellence in EMS. With extensive experience managing and leading dynamic EMS systems, he is focused on building strong partnerships that deliver high-quality emergency and medical transport services to the communities AmeriPro Health serves.
As Director of Partner Integration, Ethan works closely with hospital systems, county officials, and other key partners to align services, strengthen relationships, and ensure a smooth transition as new partnerships come on board. He brings an extensive background in operations along with experience in business development, giving him a strong understanding of both day-to-day service delivery and long-term growth.
Before stepping into this role, Ethan served as Director of Operations for AmeriPro Health's Georgia and Tennessee operations, where he oversaw a wide-ranging territory and led 911 and interfacility transport services across ALS, BLS, and CCT levels of care. In that role, he managed key relationships with county officials and hospital partners, ensured regulatory compliance, and drove strategic unit deployment based on demand analytics.
Ethan lives in Barnesville, Georgia, with his wife and two kids, and spends most of his free time outdoors.
