Joe Rose serves as Director of Operations for Kentucky and Indiana at AmeriPro Health, where he leads regional strategy, operational performance, and clinical excellence across multiple service lines. With a career in Emergency Medical Services spanning since 2014, Joe has progressed through a broad range of leadership roles, including field operations, communications center management, CAD administration, logistics, and enterprise-level operations management.
Since joining AmeriPro Health in 2023, Joe has been instrumental in strengthening operational leadership structures, advancing clinical standards, and driving patient safety initiatives. He works closely with major health systems as a strategic partner, leading collaborative efforts that enhance patient experience, reduce length of stay, optimize transfer and throughput processes, and improve system-wide efficiency.
Prior to his career in EMS, Joe served as a Human Resources Leader with UPS, where he supported employee engagement and retention initiatives, addressed complex employee relations matters, and delivered leadership development programming. His work also included advising on ADA and FMLA compliance, as well as career development planning, contributing to stronger organizational performance and workforce stability.
Joe is driven by a passion for change management, strategic problem-solving, leadership development, and innovative system design. He remains focused on advancing the future of emergency medical services through operational excellence, strong partnerships, and patient-centered care.
