Joshua Worth

Mr. Worth is a seasoned healthcare executive and doctoral candidate with over a decade of leadership experience in EMS, clinical education, and operational strategy. As Director of Clinical Services at AmeriPro Health, he launched the organization’s first Total Quality Management program, advancing care standards, workforce training, and system-wide quality improvement.

Joshua has led teams across complex EMS environments, improving outcomes and driving strategic growth. At Medical Rescue Team South Authority, he increased revenue by 30%, implemented the agency's first strategic plan, and strengthened regulatory compliance. He has held key leadership roles with Monongalia EMS and Foxwall EMS and currently consults on EMS operations and quality systems through Innovative Public Safety.

He also serves as Paramedic Program Director and adjunct faculty at the Community College of Allegheny County, mentoring future EMS professionals. A licensed paramedic in multiple states, Joshua is a Chief EMS Officer and active contributor to industry advancement as Board Chairman of the American Paramedic Association, peer reviewer for the International Journal of Paramedicine, and committee member with the National EMS Management Association.

He holds a Bachelors in EMS Administration and Master of Public Administration with a minor in Emergency Management from Columbia Southern University and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Health Administration at LECOM, expected in 2027.
