Karen Jay, Director of Revenue Cycle Management Karen brings more than 25 years of multi-faceted EMS, Marketing, and Project Management experience, holding roles as an administrator, consultant, educator, as well as graduating with honors as a Paramedic. Apart from EMS, Karen has seasoned experience in the Telcom industry, gaining extensive knowledge of Vendor Relations, Project Management, Call Center Management as well as Sales and Marketing. Notably, she was brought into the CareMed EMS company to improve the overall revenue cycle and billing processes, until its integration into the AmeriPro Family.
Karen has held previous positions over her career that allowed her to gain more knowledge to bring strength to our AmeriPro family, which were Director of Process Management and Fulfillment, Touch 1 Communications, Director of Project Management, Z-Tel Communications, as well as President and Owner of Atmore Ambulance, Atmore, AL. Away from work, she is devoted to her family, watching college sports, playing volleyball, basketball, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
