Michelle Panayotov serves as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), leading a team dedicated to providing support to patients going through our billing process. Under her leadership, the RCM team ensures compliance with payer requirements while optimizing coverage, reimbursement, and overall financial performance.
With more than 25 years of RCM experience, Michelle has built a career focused on driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and implementing cost-effective strategies that improve operational efficiency. Her experience spans multiple healthcare settings, including mental health, behavioral health, vein surgery, home health and hospice, and cardiac monitoring. She studied Business Administration during her service in the Navy and at Harper College, establishing a strong foundation for her successful career in Revenue Cycle Management.
In her time off, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. As a family, they enjoy playing cards, competing in trivia, and traveling.
