Sannid Saleh

Sannid (Sam) is a healthcare operations leader with a strong background in emergency medical services and hospital-based leadership. He began his career as a paramedic, including service overseas, an experience that gave him a frontline perspective that continues to shape how he leads teams and makes decisions today.

Over the course of his career, Sam has advanced into executive leadership roles overseeing multiple emergency departments, where he has focused on improving efficiency, accountability, and patient outcomes. Through data-driven strategies and disciplined team alignment, he reduced door-to-disposition times from 230 minutes to 125 minutes and decreased left-without-being-seen (LWBS) rates from 14 percent to 1.8 percent measurable improvements that translate directly into better patient experiences and stronger operational performance. His leadership style is centered on building accountable teams and creating systems that support consistent, high-level execution, with a particular emphasis on operational improvement, team development, and aligning day-to-day performance with long-term organizational goals.
