Steven Kleinlein is a senior IT executive with 20+ years of experience leading enterprise technology in healthcare, EMS, and other regulated environments. As Vice President of Information Technology for AmeriPro Health, he provides executive oversight of IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and data systems—partnering with leadership to deliver scalable, mission-critical solutions.
Previously, Steven held senior roles with Community EMS and Beaumont Farmington Hills, leading large-scale IT and telecommunications operations across hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and 911 communications centers. He has driven major modernization efforts—including cloud adoption, enterprise migrations, ePCR deployments, and development of one of Michigan’s largest 911 communications centers—while improving resilience, reducing costs through vendor consolidation, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Steven holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Purdue University Global (honors) and completed advanced cybersecurity training through the University of Michigan. He is a member of Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials International (APCO), National Emergency Number Association (NENA), and Project Management Institute (PMI).
