Thomas began serving AmeriPro Health as their Principal Advisor in August of 2023 and currently serves as Cheif Business Officer. He lends decades of progressive EMS experience to one of the industry’s most rapidly expanding companies focusing on strategic deployment, business systems, planning, analytics, team development and acquisitions.
Before joining AmeriPro, he served as CEO and President of Transformative Healthcare in Boston which operated three ambulance companies in Boston, New Hampshire and Maine. Prior to joining Transformative, Thomas was with Global Medical Response as the National VP of Mergers and Acquisitions, closing and integrating strategic M&A deals, as well as developing a robust deal pipeline. Prior to, he served as the Regional President of the Eastern United States, leading a workforce of 8,500 across seventeen states and the District of Columbia.
He began with GMR as the Regional Director for Riverside County, CA – one of the largest high-performance EMS systems in the United States. While there, he improved clinical, operational, and financial performance.
Thomas holds undergraduate degrees in Organizational Management and Communications.
He and his wife, Sarah, the Executive Director for the Commission for Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), make their home in Amherst, NH.
