Larry began his professional journey with eight years of honorable service as an active-duty U.S. Marine, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and mission-first mindset that continue to guide him today. After his military service, he transitioned into emergency medical services, becoming a licensed critical care and nationally registered paramedic—laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to public safety and operational excellence.
Over the past two decades, Larry has built an impressive career across both public and private sectors, holding key administrative and executive leadership roles spanning operations, government affairs, business development, strategic planning, and revenue management. His diverse background—from the front lines of patient care to the executive boardroom—provides a rare, 360-degree view of the EMS industry.
Today, Larry serves as the CEO of AmeriPro Health, a position earned through a proven track record of transformative leadership, growth-driven strategies, and a relentless commitment to service. His leadership is not just about managing operations—it’s about redefining what EMS can be.
Drawing on his extensive field experience, Larry leads AmeriPro with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by first responders and the healthcare system at large. That insight drives his vision: to position AmeriPro as a national leader and change agent in the EMS industry. Under his leadership, AmeriPro is committed to modernizing pre-hospital care, improving patient outcomes, investing in provider well-being, and building sustainable, scalable systems that communities can count on.
Larry’s ability to lead change stems from firsthand experience—he’s been the medic on the call, the operations lead in the crisis, and now, the executive shaping the future. His mission is clear: to raise the standard of care, advocate for the EMS profession, and deliver a bold, innovative model that redefines the role of EMS in the broader healthcare ecosystem.
He holds an MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, a master’s degree in finance from the University of Miami, and a bachelor’s degree in applied sciences from Clayton State University. Married for 17 years, Larry and his wife—a 21-year public safety veteran —have two children who compete in baseball and softball. Larry enjoys family time, playing ball, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and the Miami Hurricanes. And when he’s not leading the charge at AmeriPro, you might just find him slipping away with his family for a weekend of duck hunting—a favorite way to recharge and reconnect with the outdoors.
